How do I buy an M-KOPA Phone?
Having gone through our updated list of phones available in installments, the next question is how to buy an M-KOPA phone.

- Fill in your details with your location and contacts. Ensure this information is accurate to enable us deliver the phone to the right place.
- Place a Cash on Delivery Order. You are not supposed to pay anything before receiving your phone.
- You will be contacted for delivery arrangements.

How do I pay for my M-KOPA phone?
- Go to M-PESA menu, select the PAYBILL option.
- Enter the M-KOPA business number as 333222
- Enter the Account Number as the ID Number you used to register for M-KOPA.
- Enter the amount, enter your secret M-PESA pin, then select send.
- After payment, your phone will automatically be unlocked and the number of days paid indicated on the Mkopa App.
Can I pay for my Mkopa Phone monthly?
Yes. You are at liberty to make your payments in advance on a weekly or monthly basis.
For instance, if your daily payments are supposed to be Ksh 40, you may decide to pay Ksh 1200 to cater for the entire month.
I lost my M-KOPA Phone
Incase your M-KOPA smartphone is stolen or gets lost, you are required to report the issue to the police to get an OB number. Send a picture of the OB so that the account can be locked.
You are then required to go to the nearest M-KOPA shop to apply for a ‘second life phone’.
Remember this is not something that can be processed by calling the Customer Care line. You must present yourself to any of the M-KOPA shops near you with a document proving that the first phone is missing.
